一、产品介绍：
BioTNT qPCR Array专为检测不同组织或细胞中特定基因的表达量而设计，这些基因按照预制或定制要求成套设置。检测结果所显示的表达差异可帮助研究者鉴定或验证这些基因的生物学意义，以及与其研究的重要相关性。
对于目录(预制)产品，每块384孔板包含84对PCR引物，可以进行4个样本单孔或者两个样本双复的实验。这些引物全部经过预先验证，并包被于指定的板孔中。在同一块96孔板上，有12个(384孔板有48个)反应孔包被了不同类型的对照，用以检测从反转录到qPCR整个过程的反应效率。
逆转录试剂和以荧光染料SYBR?Green 为基础的定量检测试剂作为被推荐的RT-qPCR试剂产品可与qPCR Array配套使用。该系列试剂均经过优化，具有高的灵敏度、效率和特异性。其他公司的类似试剂可能适用，但未验证过，不推荐使用。

产品说明
The Rat Oncogenes & Tumor Suppressor Genes RT2 Profiler? PCR Array profiles the expression of 84 key genes that promote oncogenesis. The genes represented by this array either have oncogenic or tumor suppressor properties or both depending not only on the tumor type, but also on the known or observed differences in gene expression relative to matched normal tissue. Profiling the expression of these genes in your tumor samples may correlate them with biological phenotypes or clinical outcomes like staging, therapy selection, metastasis, recurrence, and survival rate, among others. The results may also provide insights into the molecular mechanisms and biological pathways behind oncogenesis and cancer pathology, including deregulation of apoptosis, cell cycle, cell adhesion, DNA damage & repair, and signal transduction. Using real-time PCR, you can easily and reliably analyze the expression of a focused panel of genes involved in oncogenesis with this array.

四．质量标准（QC）
1. biotnt gene qPCR array中检测的基因引物，经实验验证结果分析，融解曲线均呈单一锐锋，电泳条带均呈单一条带，说明这些引物均是特异扩增引物，验证合格。
2. PTC（阳性对照）反应孔，从融解曲线上分析均呈单一锐锋，从扩增曲线上分析，CT值介于18～22之间。
3. RTC（spike-in反转录对照）反应孔，从融解曲线上分析均呈单一锐锋，从扩增曲线上分析，CT值介于17～23之间。
4. HGDC 的CT 值应大于35，说明样本中没有基因组污染。
5. RTC和 PTC的三重复CT 值应比较接近，说明实验重复性好。
6. 板与板之间（批内）重复性达0.99以上，具有高度重复性。

& RTC：spike-in反转录对照，可用于检测RT反应的效率。这些已交联的引物可特异性扩增样品中外源性spike-in RNA反转录形成的cDNA模板。
& PTC：阳性PCR对照，已交联DNA阳性质粒模板，主要用于实时监测array反应板的PCR扩增效率。
